What is ‘Raw Food’?
Food the way it is meant to be…
When we don’t cook our food it remains in a state where by it is able to supply high levels of nutrition. Eating raw food takes a lot of stress off the body. Raw food requires very little digestion and so the body is left to utilize energy else where. Eating this way naturally reverses the aging process, makes the skin shine and massively increases energy levels. All kinds of diseases have a hard time developing when you consume a high raw diet.
Raw food doesn’t just have to do with not cooking your food, it also means avoiding highly processed foods which we all know have little or no nutrition left in them at all and usually leave us feeling tired, bloated and lacking energy.
When we eat raw, we eat to live, it is about real food. Mass produced and GM foods are also far from ‘real’ anymore. It is amazing how you will feel if you start to pay attention to what goes in to your mouth. You will naturally be able to discern between ‘real food’ and those foods that are just plain pretending!
